Barnes Family Members

Hi Sarah

Can you provide a bit more detail of who your ancestors were in the 1881 census their christian names and ages please. I don't think our branches link into the Barnes surname but would be happy to see if i could find any information out for you, as i am sure would other members if they had a little more detail to work with.

Hi

Im currently trying to trace some of my Barnes Ancestors. Although they were born all over the place most of them seem to settle and die in Barnsley.

In 1871 they show up on the Scottish Census for Old Monkland, Lanarkshire, then in 1881 they show up in Wombwell, Barnsley. If there are any Barnes decendants out there i would love to hear from you, or if anyone can give any info on the Barnes family i would again love to hear from you.
